Clive Booth has spent the majority of his career in the computer industry running some of the biggest names including Pegasus Software, ComputerLand and Revelation Software. A background in engineering, finance and sales & marketing prepared him well for general management roles. In the mid 90s he took part in an MBO of the company he was running and later participated in its onwards sale. Today he sits as a non-executive director on the boards of a number of diverse companies. Chris Eynon has a comprehensive background in strategic planning, finance and mergers and acquisitions. A seasoned businessman, he has run, owned, bought and sold business in manufacturing, distribution and B2B services. Today he owns and runs a mergers & acquisitions and strategic planning company which has a history of helping clients going back more than thirty years. |
